    Great Jacket

Super warm and comfortable. The neck is a little tight, but workable. Love it and saves me from -40.

This coat is made SMALL for women with no shape.

I loved this coat, was super psyched to wear it, wanted to like it so much, & after having a bad experience with a poorly sized Bench coat I had to return a few years back, I gave Bench another chance. Boy was I disappointed! This coat is made small, it fits up top but I can’t close it bcs you know, I have those things called thighs and hips. Do not mark a size as an XL which by industry standards should fit sizes 14-16, when it’s actually cut to a medium size, for 10-12 with little to no hips. I used to love Bench but size inclusivity is not their strong suit, & in 2023 that’s ridiculous. Women have children, they have hips & butt, I’m not even huge in size but I’m a real woman with real curves & an autoimmune issue.

Honestly, this is not new for Bench; when I was an athlete, much slimmer, & not dealing with illness, I still had to size up bcs their clothing is made for mannequins and size 0-6.

Sadly, I have to give this coat as a gift now, & no, I can’t be bothered the hassle of returning it. Ladies, be warned, Bench does not follow industry standards for sizing, I know I used to work in the industry, the coat looks nice but cannot be worn if you’re a normal human being. If you’re skinny you’ll do fine but not with any curves whatsoever.
