I’m 5’1 and I bought a Small. The length is PERFECCCTTT!! I thought it was going to be too long but its not. It’s around 5 inches above ankle. Very warm!!

True to size and snug enough that I can layer it under if it's really cold out. Zipped pockets are great; it's too bad the pouch doesn't zip or snap as well though. Happy to add this to my winter wardrobe.
