Our customer service team works Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. Please note that due to the higher volume during the holiday season, customer service response may be delayed in responding to emails, phone calls, and voice messages.

Requests for Return Authorizations must be made through our Returns page and requested by email ([email protected]).

How we’re addressing the Covid-19 outbreak

We understand that these are challenging times, and transparency is the best policy. We are doing our best to find a balance that will protect our clients, our communities and our employees. As a family-owned business, we also understand that keeping loved ones safe and having job security is a concern for all of us right now. Here are the changes in service and precautions being taken:


Changes to Customer Service:

As our customer service teams are working remotely, we are temporarily closing our customer service line to serve you more effectively. You can always contact us at [email protected]. Please note there may be some delays. In the meantime, we invite you to read our FAQ’s below for answers to our most-received questions.

Store Closing:

Keeping health and safety as our highest priority, we have made the difficult decision to close our retail locations permanently. The last day of service was March 19th, 2020. We will continue to serve you at 24/7

Are you processing orders? 

Our warehouse team is currently processing online orders and is practicing social distancing guidelines, maintaining a distance of 6 feet apart. We have taken extra precautionary and sanitary measures by rigorously disinfecting all workstations. Processing times may be slightly longer than usual under current circumstances.

Are there any shipping delays?

Due to the current climate, we are offering free shipping on all orders, excluding those composed solely of outlet items. Purolator and Canada post are continuing regular service. While we are not anticipating shipping delays, we invite you to contact them directly for more information regarding deliveries. 

How long do I have to return?

We understand your hesitation in going to return your order; we would like to assure you that you may send back your return once it is safer to do so. To accommodate you, we are extending our return period to 60 days and will continue to monitor the pandemic and adjust if necessary.

How long does it take to process returns?

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse in Montreal, it normally takes 30 days for our warehouse team to process your return. However, processing times may be slightly longer than usual under current circumstances.
