The Company offers a full refund or exchange on all regular priced online purchases of products if they are returned in the condition in which they were sold, with original tags, within 30 days and an exchange or credit note on all sale priced or discounted online purchases of Products returned in the condition in which they were sold, with original tags, within 14 days of purchase.
An e-mail must be sent to info@bench.ca requesting authorization for return, detailing the reasons for the request and providing daytime and evening phone numbers in case the Company needs to reach you.
