What do you get when three fun-loving, totally cool girls form a band? Presto and voila, you have Montreal native, indie-pop group, Motel Raphaël. This trio is made up of Clara Legault, Maya Malkin and Emily Skahan. Fate and their passion for music bonded these gals, and set them on a stratospheric course where nothing can stop them. Since hitting the Montreal music scene back in 2012, Motel Raphaël just keeps on getting bigger and better. If you haven’t been listening to their new album “System”, which was released April 15, 2016, then get on it. We caught up with the fellow-Montrealer’s at Apt. 200 located on Boulevard St-Laurent.

Montreal’s Osheaga turned the big 1-0 this month, and of course we were there to celebrate. With a lineup so vast and well cultured, it surely blew our socks off. We set out, Bench’d up, and couldn’t wait to hear the sounds of what was about to be an insane weekend. We invited Montreal fashion and lifestyle blogger, Candice Pantin of I Like I Wear, to join us for the three-day madness.
